Family Values

Creating family values can be both overwhelming, and exciting.  Overwhelming because there's so many, you can wonder what do I actually value, what does my partner value, what if we don't value the same things and so on...  But they can also be exciting in that what you collectively value can lead you like a lighthouse to what's most important for your family unit.  Family values can guide you in decision making, in prioritising your time and in choosing what you'll let go to the keeper this time around.

Hi There!


My passion is in raising children and families intentionally, authentically and based in Positive Psychology.  For nearly 20 years I have been involved in the Education Sector.  I am a trained teacher, Mentor Coach, ADHD Coach, on the International Coaching Federation Queensland Leadership Team, Childcare Centre Owner, Mother of 4 neurodiverse 2E children and wife of 15 years (together for 18!).
